OpConnect is an Oregon based provider of EV charging solutions. We have developed a PaaS to manage a variety of EV charging stations in with the vision of helping to deliver a driving experience to EV drivers that is equal to, or better than ICE drivers. We are meeting our vision by forming a variety of partnerships to deliver best in class charging hardware, software and services, all managed by out platform. Chief Executive Officer
Dexter is the founder of OpConnect. He has previous startup experience as the founder of Optimization Technologies, Inc., a software company specializing in communications security software and aerospace software technology. Optimization was founded by Dexter in 2001 and shortly thereafter, Dexter spun OP Technologies, Inc. out of Optimization as a stand-alone company producing cockpit displays and software targeted at private aircraft. OP Technologies experienced a successful exit when it was sold it in 2007 to Aerosonic Corp. Dexter has been responsible for the product vision and for business development activities. Dexter holds a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Seattle University.
Alan is a proven senior management, sales & marketing executive with over 30 years of experience as a CEO, President, General Manager and founding member for technology and renewable energy solutions providers. He is an entrepreneurial leader recognized for developing extensive alliances in non-profit, for-profit, utility and government. Alan will be responsible for onboarding customers for our Enterprise platform.
Jarold brings over 20 years of engineering experience to OpConnect from companies such as Rockwell Collins and Honeywell. Jarold has worked with Dexter since first joining his earlier start-up, Optimization Technologies, in 2004. Jarold holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cal Poly.
Mark has years of experience selling technology to the automotive industry and deep connections within automobile OEMs. He is a co-founder of CARgigi and Chrome Data, both of which were startups that achieved successful exits. Mark is currently the chief revenue officer for LotLinx, an auto dealer management PaaS.
